Karad is also the Executive Director of MAEER's MIT Group of Institutions. Mentored by his father Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, Rahul Karad has always tried to tap the enormous source of energy of India – its youth population – by inculcating in them the spirit of nation-building. By initiating programmes like 'India – the Superpower – Vision 2020', 'Bharat Asmita National Awards', 'Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad' and many more, Rahul Karad has embarked on the mission to inculcate in the youth of the country the need to enter public life and provide youthful, dynamic, clean and committed leadership to the society and the nation.

  • Tatiana Silverstova Tatiana Silverstova Vice- Chairman of Russian Union of Youth Tatiana is a very very young and Dynamic women leader in Russia. She is currently working as the Vice- Chairman of Russian Union of Youth (RUY) & Director General for Eurasian Trade and investment alliance at the Govt. of Moscow. Tatiana is probably the most renowned name when it come to youth BRICS. She organizes close to half a dozen youth events per year. She also actively promotes innovations and startups in BRICS countries and also funds them.
  • Dr Ajitha Naidu Dr. AJITHA NAIDU SUGNANAM Ajitha is an icon for the girls across the world. Currently she serves the Royal Australian Air Force as a Squadron Leader, one of the youngest to achieve this feat. She is also a dentist &philanthropist with special focus on Deprived social sector of India. She passionately trains thousands of girls across India on self Defense and keeping up better fitness. She spends considerable time in India doing such noble service through her initiative ESESSON Foundation. Having been travelled widely around the world she has build a global team that helps her with her social initiatives.
